Services
A Sealed Promise, LLC provides mobile notary services in and around Colorado Springs. We travel to your location to perform notarizations in accordance with Colorado state laws.
Appointment Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We strive to be punctual; however, arrival times may vary due to traffic or prior appointments.
Fees and Payment
Fees for notary services include: Notarization fees (per signature, as allowed by Colorado law)Travel fees (based on distance and location) and documents being notarized. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Venmo, Apple Cash,
Cash App and PayPal.
Cancellations and No-Shows
We ask that you provide at least 2–4 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a travel or convenience fee.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: Providing valid, government-issued photo identification, ensuring documents are complete and ready for notarization (do not sign until instructed), ensuring all signers are present at the appointment.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if: Proper identification is not provided, the signer appears unwilling, unaware, or under duress, the notarization would violate Colorado law
Limitation of Liability
A Sealed Promise, LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of any documents presented for notarization.
